Dovenmuehle (DMI) Data Connector

The DMI Data Connector allows your organization to integrate and leverage valueable mortgage servicing data from DMI’s Mortgage Servicing Platfform (MSP). This connector allows Banks / Credit unions to automate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes that may currently be manual. In addition, this connector allows enables Banks/Credit Unions to more effectively manage the mortgage portfolio as well as find opportunities to cross sell other retail products and services to those who currently have a mortgage. Finally this data connector supports vintage, concentration and portfolio analysis that is available in other CFS Insight products and services.

The answer depends on which extract files the Bank/Credit Union may already be receiving vs. any expanded data requirements that may require the licensing and delivery of additional or enhanced extract files from DMI.

Yes, if a Mortgage LOS data connector from CFS licensed, this connector supports integration/linkage of servicing data to the application and decision content from which the mortgage originated.

Technical Details

The notable implementation details include the following:

  • Product runs on the SQL Server 2014 or higher platform.
  • Data is ingested into the CFSConnectors database via a variety of extract formats offered by DMI.  CFS Insight’s data connector has been refined to address varying flavors of extracts offered by DMI.
  • Data is integrated to CFS Insight’s Loan Servicing Data mart.
